OIL PAINTING - PARIS AVENUE

Yesterday, I've bought the above oil painting from a furniture shop. I don't really know whether it's a good buy but it has definitely captured my heart when I first saw it. Do you? I don't mind re-selling it if the offer price is good! Hee hee!;)
