AIG LEADERSHIP TRAINING - ILHAM RESORT AT PORT DICKSON

I have just attended a 4 days intensive AIG Leadership training ie 2 days in-house and 2 days at Port Dickson. The training made me understand better the role of a Leader. It's not easy being a Leader in an organisation and what more being a Leader of a country which requires lots of courage, ability and "never say die attitude". After the training, I guess I rather be a follower than a Leader. Anyway, here's a group photo with AIG colleagues from various departments and also with the organisers.

The organising team from Singpore who tortured us with group activities for 2 solid days. However, to me, it's "wet wet water"...ha ha!

Here's our facilitator, Dr. Alvin Wong (from Singapore), a very articulate and knowledgeable guy! His infamous phrase is "Boh Chap", and if you understand hokkien, it means "Don't Interfere", I think.
